We first tried the Brookfarm products at the Specialty Food Show in San Francisco several years ago, and fell in love with them.

The Macadamia nuts used are all from the farm Pam and Martin Brook started at Byron Bay in 1988. In addition to the 4,500 macadamia trees, they have planted over 14,000 rainforest trees on their property, and use only sustainable farming methods.

The oils have a warm, rich, buttery flavor. The Mueslis are fresh and wonderful, using only the finest ingredients Australia has to offer. The Snack Macs are simply the best macadamia nuts we have ever tried.
